Our History

The "Keren Or Caesarea" charity was founded in 2006 (5766 in the Hebrew calendar) by advocate Nathan Vatine and his wife Muriel. It works to reduce social inequalities by supporting education, welfare, and community initiatives.
It was founded in memory of David and Eliane Renassia, Jacques Vatine, Ze'ev Breitman, Camille and Emile Azoulay (may their memory be a blessing).
The organization helps families in need, supports educational projects, and promotes values of solidarity and social commitment. Additionally, it collaborates with local organizations, focusing on empowering youth. During the Swords of Iron War, Keren Or Caesarea has also supported the well-being of IDF soldiers.
In light of the current situation, the organization is expanding its efforts and launching the "Ray of Hope" initiative which will support various projects aimed at aiding the rehabilitation of wounded IDF soldiers from the Swords of Iron War.
Keren Or Caesarea is a registered non-profit organization (No. 580461283).
Donations to the organization are tax-deductible according to Article 46 of the Tax Code.

We are starting a major operation: the distribution of 15,000 "mishlochei manot" (Purim baskets) to 15,000 wounded soldiers and their families, to bring them joy and hope for Purim.
Each package, worth 50€, is a symbol of our support and gratitude to those who gave everything to protect us.
We need you! Join us by contributing directly or sponsoring one or more "mishloach manot" worth 50€ each.
It is important to note that the "mishlochei manot" have already been financed thanks to the generosity of the Meir Panim association and several suppliers. A huge thank you to them!

Our goal is to raise 2,700,000 NIS, fully dedicated to funding 5 carefully selected innovative projects to support the rehabilitation and well-being of the wounded soldiers, both physically and mentally.

Therefore all your donations will allow the financing of these projects in their entirety.

Together, let's make this Purim a moment of light and hope for those who deserve all our respect and recognition.
Join us now and help us bring smiles back to our heroes!

Ray of Hope

In every generation, there are those who stand firmly on the front lines, ready to sacrifice themselves to protect us and defend our homeland. We owe them immense gratitude, not only for their service but also for their courage and their will to bear the burden of our safety.

But when they fall in battle and return wounded, it is our duty to repay them for all they have given us.

This is where
Ray of Hope comes in – a project dedicated to supporting wounded IDF soldiers on their difficult rehabilitation journey. We offer emotional, medical, and financial support to ensure that no one is left behind.
It’s our way of thanking them, restoring their hope, and showing them that we are here, every step of the way in their healing process.

Our Programs

Ray of Hope works in every possible way to bring light back into the lives of wounded IDF soldiers. Through various initiatives – from competitive sports, emotional support with service dogs, group rehabilitation, to advanced technologies like 3D bone printing – we accompany them on their journey to recovery.
Every donation you make is another step toward their recovery, an opportunity to give back some of the good they have given us.
Together, let's ensure that none of them is left behind.
Be part of this chain of hope – donate now!
